Just to clarify: this person later said that their cat was absolutely fine and that they would not have posted this story in the first place had the cat been hurt. Not that we had any doubt in the matter. The places that cats get themselves into… places they know they should not be in… they know the risk that they take. And they speak up - very loudly, in fact - if you touch them in any way that is unpleasant to them. We're sure that they let their owners know, loud and clear, when the fun was over and it was time to get out.
